Five-Year Health Guarantee
Your puppy is covered by our comprehensive five-year health guarantee, offering peace of mind and protection against qualifying hereditary and congenital health conditions. We stand behind the health and quality of every puppy we place.

Age-Appropriate Vaccinations and Deworming
Each puppy receives all recommended vaccinations and deworming treatments appropriate for their age before going home. You’ll also receive a complete health record detailing all treatments, dates, and recommendations for future care.

Comprehensive Nose-to-Tail Veterinary Examination
Before joining your family, every puppy undergoes a thorough wellness exam performed by a USDA-licensed veterinarian. This detailed evaluation helps ensure your puppy is healthy, thriving, and ready for a smooth transition into their new home.

• Heart and lung assessment
• Evaluation of skin, coat, and overall body condition
• Check of teeth and bite alignment
• Examination of joints, bones, and mobility

Refund & Return Policy

All puppy purchases are considered final once the puppy has been delivered to the buyer.

Health-Related Refunds: A refund may be provided if the puppy develops a documented, life-threatening illness within 14 days of purchase, provided the illness meets the requirements of our health guarantee and is verified by a licensed veterinarian.

All Other Refund Requests: If a buyer is dissatisfied with the puppy or otherwise requests a refund for a reason not covered by the health guarantee, the puppy must be returned to us before a refund will be issued. We do not provide refunds while allowing the buyer to retain the puppy.

The puppy must be returned in accordance with our return instructions and in substantially the same condition as when received, subject to ordinary veterinary care and normal circumstances. Once the puppy has been returned and the return has been accepted, any applicable refund will be processed according to the terms of the purchase agreement.

Delays involving registration paperwork, transportation, documentation, or other non-health-related matters do not automatically qualify the buyer for a refund while retaining the puppy.

By purchasing a puppy through True Pup Match, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this refund and return policy.
